1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Pro1Bet (https://pro1bet.click) and all its members. It is each member's responsibility to read and understand this agreement in full before using any Pro1Bet service.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and notify you via your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all sections of the platform — Sports Betting, casino, lottery, and all other services.
• Services are operated in compliance with applicable laws in Bangladesh.
• Pro1Bet's decision is final in all disputes; however, members have the right to appeal against any decision they consider unjust.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Pro1Bet. These are strictly enforced — no exceptions will be made.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age. Providing a false age at registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Single Account Policy: Only one account may be opened per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate Information: Your name, mobile number, and all other details must be accurate and truthful. Incorrect information may result in payment delays or holds.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal. A photo of your national ID card or passport may be required.
• Password Security: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Pro1Bet is not liable for any losses resulting from a compromised password.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All transactions on Pro1Bet are fully secure. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Payments processed correctly are completed quickly.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the maximum single deposit is ৳50,000.
• A minimum balance of ৳500 is required to make a withdrawal.
• You must use a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be investigated as suspected fraud.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. During peak times or on bank holidays, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.
• Pro1Bet reserves the right to verify or place a hold on any transaction when necessary.

If a deposit does not appear in your balance, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number. Issues are typically resolved within 30 minutes.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on Pro1Bet come with their own terms. Please read the specific offer's conditions before claiming any bonus. General bonus rules are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, 5x wagering means you must place total bets equal to five times the bonus amount.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Complete the wagering on your current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Time Limit: Every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Fraudulent Activity: If a member abuses any bonus offer or claims bonuses across multiple accounts, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Referral Bonus: The referral bonus applies when the referred friend registers with their own valid mobile number and makes a minimum deposit of ৳300.

Pro1Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. Members will be notified as early as possible before any changes take effect.

5Betting Rules & Settlement

All betting on Pro1Bet is conducted in full compliance with our rules. The same rules apply to every member — no exceptions or special treatment.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect your bet.
• Cash Out: Cash out is available on selected events. The cash out value is determined by the current market at the time of the request.
• Match suspended or cancelled: If a match starts more than 12 hours after its scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Technical Error: Pro1Bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds displayed incorrectly due to a system error.
• Match Fixing: If match-fixing is suspected for any event, Pro1Bet may suspend all bets on that event pending investigation.

6Account Closure & Suspension

Pro1Bet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false information or submitting fake documents during KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonus offers.
• Attempting to hack or strategically exploit the betting system.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity against other members.
• If it is proven that the member is under 18 years of age.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the registered mobile banking account.

7Responsible Gaming Policy

Pro1Bet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress. With that in mind, we have put in place a number of protective measures.

• Deposit Limits: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period. While suspended, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.

8Privacy & Data Protection

9Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding any bet or transaction, please write to support@pro1bet.click with full details. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident.
• When filing a complaint, please provide your account ID, the date and time of the incident, and a description of the issue.
• You have the right to appeal against any decision made by Pro1Bet.

10Right to Amend Terms

Pro1Bet may update these terms and conditions at any time. For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given. Minor edits or corrections may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the service after any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request account closure and your remaining balance will be returned.
